We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our primary database servers to upgrade hardware and improve performance. During this time, there may be brief interruptions to database connectivity lasting no more than 5 minutes at a time.
The maintenance window is scheduled from 02:00 to 04:00 UTC.
We experienced a network outage affecting our US-East data center due to a fiber cut from a third-party provider. Our team worked with the provider to restore service as quickly as possible.
Service was fully restored at 15:45 UTC. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Some users may have experienced slow performance or timeouts when accessing the control panel. This was caused by an unexpected surge in traffic to our authentication servers.
We've scaled up our infrastructure to handle the increased load and performance has returned to normal levels.
